You can put the seasoning underneath the skin.
Then, it stays in place and the skin’s fat keeps the chicken moist during the cooking process. :)

Peel the skin back and you gett a better seasoning of the meat the skin keeps it out.

this show is the bomb…..I also can’t find it on my PBS. When I first got a converter box it was on for that day but I never saw it again….grrrr!!
