You can put the seasoning underneath the skin.
Then, it stays in place and the skin’s fat keeps the chicken moist during the cooking process.

Peel the skin back and you gett a better seasoning of the meat the skin keeps it out.

this show is the bomb…..I also can’t find it on my PBS. When I first got a converter box it was on for that day but I never saw it again….grrrr!!
